I went to the doctor yesterday to renew the script for PT. Decided a couple of things based on what I had so far in me food journal and what his scale said. Right now it looks like I take in about 2200 cal. a day and I wiegh ten lbs less than I thought. Doc also said to take into account that I have more muscle and bone mass than average. So the 60 lbs has been cut back to 40. I already knew that I'd never be healthy as a size 6 so it's not a surprize.
The big problem seems to be how I eat and not how much. Between when I wake up at around 7 or 8 and 5 pm I eat about 300 cal. I just don't get hungery durring the day unless it's that time of the month. So the rest is eating a big meal at the end of the day. Yes, I know better my mom was a diabetic and if I don't want to be the same I need to eat three to five meals a day. Getting into the habit of eating and drinking [water] more often is going to harder than ccutting back on the calories. And I'm a little worried over how my food bill will go up.
