Odd and a little scary.

This past weekend at RR festival there was a clown going around. No an odd thing but this one didn't make balloon animals or paint faces. He gave out "engagement" rings to little girls. Then he asked for their names address birthdays and e-mail adresses. My brother let his daughter do this but it struck me as slightly creepy. It was probably a very inoccent sales ploy. But in this day and age it it set off my alarms. The guy had a flyer with his resume and he listed having been in the specail forcesas well as clown collage.
