tec woes

For some reason I can't get on the web on the business computer. When I click on the earthlink shortcut, or the explorer on,e it dials up, sends and recieves mail. IM is working but all I get is this page is unavaible wherever I go. My brother says I must've messed something up. Like I've never logged on to the internet before. I guess pushing the button to turn on the computer was a mistake. I wanted to work on the gift shop webpage but that can't happen now. I don't have a copy of Front Page for this computer.
