I have a 3 page story written for the Giles ficathon. I think it will be pretty good once the beta is done. My problem is this. I'm awful at sex scenes. I know I am I can hint and tease and write smchoopy morning afters but thats it. In writing this short piece I ran into no less 4 places where My couple should have been going at it like bunnies. It was logical there's no reason for UFST in this fic.
Chicken me I couldn't even describe a kiss. It was like I was looking at a map of the old world but instead of "here be dragons" Mine said "here be badfic" humor was one of the requirements but not it's so bad it's funny. I guess what I'd like to know is should I stay in my comfort zone or not?
Kisses are not normally difficult for me to write in this case I just knew those two would keep going. This is on the pro side.
On the con I don't have much time to finish this fic. Also on the con I *know* that this will be read by someone I can be brave and post something stinky when I can tell myself that no body but my beta will read it.
Then again everyone loves smut right?
