Free at Last

I got out of the house tonight yippee! It was Girl Scout night for my sister-in-law so my brother took me shopping. Those of you who work outside your home and can drive probably don't understand how much joy a trip to Target can bring {well Nim understands but thats a special case}. So I got some new undies and some to young for me earrings. Then I went to B&N and got a couple books.

I had P.T. this afternoon they continue to increase the torture weekly but I really can complain. I've only just realized that I have more of a neck now. The muscles in my shoulders used to be so stiff I would kind of shrug now they are more where they should be. I tried to get to my friend Debbie's for cards but after shopping my legs weren't up to anything more.
