The voyage of the neurologically impaired

My legs were freezing up a lot yesterday. I would walk a few steps and suddenly not be able to get my legs to move at all. I had, had a very poor night's sleep so I decided to take a nap. I put on Stardust audio book and turned up the heated mattress pad. I swear I only took Tylenol before lying down but I had the weirdest dream. I was at a convention with DFD & DFDJ. It didn't surprise me to be dreaming of them as DFD had a stroke years ago and I just learned that DFDJ had one. They are both con buddies so no big deal there either.

My dream got strange when left the hotel and got on line for an amusement park ride. Neil Gaiman was dressed as Willy Wonka leading people to the seats saying Welcome to the neurological step down unit. The step down is only a metaphor but mind the gap. DFDJ and I both complained that we really weren't sure about getting on this ride. NG/Willy Wonka told us not to worry that he'd put us behind Terry Pratchett and we could pester him for an autograph.

I guess my humor is much , much darker in my sleep. Sorry.
