Help, I'm stupid.

I tried to e-mail something to my brother. I said it was too big and I should use mega upload or similar. He insisted it would be fine. My E-mail choked on it. Now it continues to keep trying to send it and I can't get outlook give up. I can't find it in drafts or anywhere to delete it. Anybody know what I should do?
