If it weren't for the timing this would be good news.

Yesterday I saw the neurologist. I set up with appointments with the botox clinic, physical therapy, occupational therapy and an orthopedist. Nearly fell over when he said, "You know PT isn't a one shot cure but a life long thing?" I've only been trying to tell doctors that since I've moved away from an area that had a CP center. He also thinks using a cane might be a good idea for now. This team seems to know what they are doing re the CP and I would feel really positive about it but it's a lot traveling back and forth. And my dad is going to need that operation on his neck soon. I'm afraid I'll be tied up doing this stuff when he needs my help or that getting me to PT will cause problems.
