The Star Trek group I've been reassimalated into is having a meeting next month. They decided on military WWII theme for June. I would've rather of had something more Trek related this soon after the new movie and saved this for later but {{shrug.}} So with the hope that new people will be there expecting Trekker fun I came up with the idea of holodeck USO canteen program. Big Band music. Coffee doughnuts ect.  I thought it would be nice if we set aside a small table for pictures of family member who served. Plus a short trivia contest with the questions about all the episode where Earth's Second World War are featured. Oddly there are more than enough.

The tourist trap has enough WWII stuff to make up a nice gift basket for a door prize plus a trivia prize. There's a retro tin Coke sign I really like as well as a mug with the Union Jack on it we must've got be mistake. I'll put in a few Trek things too. I hope some new people show and that they have fun.
