I just got off the phone with my local book store/ coffee house.
Me: Do you stock the sourcebook reprints of Greogette Heyer?
Clerk: Who?
Me: H.E.Y.E.R. Classic Histical Romance.
Clerk: We don't carry those unless they are less than 10 years old.
Me: These are new reprints.
Clerk: Is she a local author?
Me: Do you have Agatha Christie?
Clerk: I don't know. Mystery right? I can look...
Since they're small I didn't think they'd have them, but I didn't expect them to act like I was looking for an old Cassie Edwards title.
