Today started off just great. :incert sarcastic voice: I woke up very spastic on my right sideand neck. I fell getting out of bed and again on the way to the shower. No real damage from the falls that I can tell. I took a very hot shower and went back to bed after taking care of WillowDog who seemed really worried about me. Poor thing she didn't want to go out and leave me. I've been on and off my computer today tring to make sure I get up and move around so I don't become even more stiff. Why can't this happen on a week day so I can go to the pool?
