I've been in the mood to cook. I made chicken tenders yesterday. I used honey mustard instead of egg wash to hold the fresh breadcrumbs and parm on. Made enough to have over a salad at lunch and with some hot veggies for dinner. I just put on a very tiny roast. It will feed me for two days and go in the freezer to feed me for another two later but I don't care. I did it all the way turnip, carrot, a part of an onion, a small granny smith and fresh garlic. This should have waited until I had my dad over but sometimes you just need comfort food. BtW you may think I'm nuts but the apple gets put in whole and tossed out with the bay leaf its good honest.

My brother's yougest daughter has a voice like E.D. she's in second grade so that's really odd my bro has said for months that her voice was getting worse and finally decided to take her to an ENT Doc. It turns out she has cysts on her vocal cords. Its rare that they are cancerous but she's in remission so it is a possibilty. The doctor has told her not to speak unless she has to and then only softly [ ha!] and they put her on meds for GuRD to see if they heal up. Keep her in your prayers in you are inclined that way.
