Well I tried and when the orthrics guy and I stopped laughing at my idea of strait he cast my legs for night AFO or braces. Actually I did pretty good the weather has been warm for the past two days so while the spasms haven't eased much I've made myself limp around more. So I was able with some help to get my feet in neutral [flat on the floor while sitting]. This is something I would have been able to do three days ago [maybe not even yesterday].
