I want to write Spuffy Darn it!

I love to read long epic B/S fiction. Why is it when I sit down to write all I can manage is drabbles mostly featuring Dru /Spike or Ganya? Heck my best work IMO was the Wood kills Faith story and I love Faith why did I do it? When I've tried to write longer stuff I out line it like crazy and it still wanders away from me. This time with my AU season 7 I only have a point A and B we'll see how that works. Come on people if you're out there comment. Tell me to give up or keep at it or to stop whining what ever.
