I have another niece! My younger brother's wife had a 7lbs 9oz baby girl last night. This one is a blonde at least for now. Everyone is fine including my brother who still has the use of both hands.
My day wasn't so hot I woke up with a headache and missed PT. Then I went shopping because I had to be acrossed the street anyway at the bank. My older Brother invited me out somewhere next week and said to dress up a little. I thouight I'd wear my steal blue silk blouse and a new pair of grey trousers. That way I can look pretty and still walk nice in my low heeled boots. So I thought I'd get a little make up, my chances to dress up any are pitifully slim and if my brother wants to show off I should at least make an effort. Anyway I've got some [very low key ] eyeshadow in my hand and a sales girl comes up and asks me "you really think you should draw atention to your eyes?"
I didn't know what to say to that. I just walked out without a word. I'm aware that my eyes don't face the same way it's because of the CP and the old eye patch thing wouldn't work for me. I just wanted to feel dressed up for a change. I've lost a lot of wieght and I think I look pretty good. Or I thought so before now i feel like maybe Ishould walk out the door without a bag over my head.
