Is anyone else out there hoping "Tru Calling" will be around for a long time? I wasn't sure I'd like it but it gets better every week. Tonight’s episode had me bawling. After that and Angel last night I'm glad I finally rented PotC I needed something light-hearted STAT.
In other news does anyone know if it's a full moon out everybody around here seems on edge. It makes me glad I spent most of the day on my own.
Just now found out my ship's CMO is in the hospital. Kidney infection? She has MS so things can get serious for her fast.

Earth’s deserts ebb and flow like the tides of its oceans responding to human intervention over the centuries. McCoy’s with his penchant for hyperbole would claim the Mojave had been reduce to a sandbox.
To a native the preserve would be considered arid but he could feel the distant sea in the air around him. The ocean was reflected in the blue of the sky.
The Volcan Forge roars because of the ever-present wind. Here sound lapped gently at his ears, birds overhead and their reptiles moving with even rhythms.
Even the dead oceans of Mother’s earth teemed with life.
