Spike said, “I think your hair was cute that way, makes you look pixish. Not like an actual pixie mind you, the cute Disney version.”
“I didn’t mean my hair.” Buffy traced her photo with a finger as if she could brush back her bangs. “I meant that sliver of time. You know, it was only maybe four or five years. Between getting scared by the monsters outside my window, and scaring the monsters outside my window.”
