Inbetween drabbles I'm still working on the "pain management" original story. Putting the bits and pieces together so they fit and make sense. I have about 5,000 words and I've barely started the story. I've weeded out some characters and fleshed out others. The Mom was too evil and Kevin had too many sisters to mangage.
I'm horrible at coming up with alien names though and I'm still just calling my non humans "aliens." Actually, in spite of the dull names of "Kevin" and "Joe" niether of my characters may be from Earth. Neither live there right now at any rate.
