I really need to improve my balance before I end up hurting myself trying to walk around my house. I've been exercsing about 20 mins a day. But I think it's time I put more effort into it. Drag out the ankle wieghts to pair with the stretches. Maybe if I put in a DVD and rewatch an ep of BtV or Who I won't be tempted to get up off the floor so quick.
I declined going to visit the new niece because I knew there would be a very long walk from the parking lot. I'm so angry with my body lately. It's not just about pain. I've worked so hard for so long to be able to walk unaided and I'm losing the battle.
Even the my bladder issues are bothering me more. It a problem I've had all my life that I just deal with using pads. But it was never a problem in this tiny house before. There isn't anywhere more than ten steps from the bathroom.
