Night People
There are three kinds of night people in Sunnydale. There are the people that don’t want to sleep. Mostly kids, too old for bed time, but young enough to still feel like they’re getting away with something. [Sometimes they are getting away with something.]
There are the people who can’t sleep just like everywhere else. Illness, worry, or just the graveyard shift keep some people awake at night. They say the insomnia rate is higher than average. Still not as bad as Alaska.
All pretty ordinary. Except for the night people who aren’t people at all. [Or are they people?]
