I need to reclaim my life. I woke up for the third time since Saturday with my legs frozen in an unnatural and painful position. I looked like I had clubbed feet and my knees would not straiten. I have very mild C.P. and spasms like this happen only when I've been stupid or gotten very cold. I know I need to get back to P.T. but everyone here has been so busy with the move and life in general I've been putting off getting a script for it. Right now even getting to Kroger’s across the street is a hassle. It doesn't help that the knee I hurt trying to imitate Ghost!Spike by walking though the wall in Nashville is causing me fits again I guess I'm just overdoing it. This is my body's way of telling me to stop working so hard and spend some time stretching. You would think lifting boxes and lifting weights would be the same but I guess not.

One good thing my psoriasis has cleared up big time all the places at once! I have it on my elbows wrist and scalp. I'm not trying any new cream or anything the only thing I can figure is that a couple weeks ago They ran out of half gallons of milk and if I bought a gallon it would only go sour so I got soy instead. Also got some V8 smoothie because of a coupon. Usually under stress like I am with my legs so bad my skin would be raw and bleeding but it seems to be in a real remission now there are only some faint pink marks left. So I think soy is going to be part of my diet from now on.
