Got the botox today. I made a little ouch noise when my right calf was stuck. This made the more upset than me because he claims I'm usually stoic. Hee! He should read the whinning I do here. Really the shots aren't fun for me. It isn't the needles it's that I get spasms when they go in so the next day I'm sore and tired but eventually I feel much better.
