This is how mI set myself for a perfect storm of pain. Last week I slipped in my bathroom. I didn't really fall but I tensed and I think twisted my side when I caught myself. Not to bad it just kind of twinged when I moved so I kind of took it easy a couple days. Then the cold rainy/icy weather moved in along with TMI cramps but I was feeling ok with ibuprofen. So I decided that waiting wasn't going make cleaning my house any easier. Firday I worked  on my bedroom and changed the sheets and put away a couple loads of laundry. I moved and sorted my craft cart and yarn.[ I might've forgotten to get anything to drink while working too] When I sat down at around noon my back and side started spasming to the point where it was twisting body sort of jerking. I had to call my dad for help to get into bed.[he also had a script for pain that my doctors have given me before.] If you know how much I hate even OTC meds you know this means I was really hurting. I was in no shape to sit for hours in the er to be given the same pills.

I'm back to feeling like i was before the stupid cleaning not good but I can sit up and move again.
