The good news, Sunday we held my dad's 80th birthday party and almost everyone in the famliy came. Almost 40 people and one grand-dog. My big bro wrote and sang my dad a song that made everyone cry. The newest niece came so pop got to see her.
The not so good. I went to the doc yesterday for botox treatment. The muscles in my side and back are torn so I've been doing the right thing staying in bed and he wants me to take it easy until the pain stops. Unfortunately, my legs have gotten so rigid it will take two months to see any improvement in them at all and four before they are back to what's normal for me.
The really gross, somebody nearby tossed out food scraps and a good bit of grease on a gravel drive. I couldn't go out with the dog this week so guess what I had to crawl around cleaning up? Tara Dog spent all night vomitting rocks! [ it started at 1 am and there was no way for me to get her to an er vet] believe it or not she's doing fine now. I think the grease saved her belly.
