Less than a day until we get to see Spike again. It feels like Christmas eve to me. I even bought munchies and told everyone I know that my door will be chained and the phone will be off the hook. My Sister-in law who's the ship's communications officer isn't even going to be to work on the newsletter. Where she goes her kids follow and Aunt Missy is N/A tomorrow night.
Just in case you want to know {not that anyone is reading this} I'm living in an odd situation right now. My family runs a gift shop that use to be a motel. My sister and brother in law just sold their home and are living in two of the old rooms and a camper in my back yard with four kind while they are building a new home.
My Brother has a wife and two step kids they're staying in a couple rooms while they look for a new house. I live in a house attached to the main gift shop. My father, stepmother and her 5yr old granddaughter live on the property too in their own house.
All this is to say I have 7 kids ages 4,5,5,8,8,14 and 16 but none of them are mine and none are twins. They're just in and out of my house all day long. I'm like a cool aide ad around here.I really don't mind a bit but I'm chaining the door on the first!
BTW the 22 year old showed up okay.
