Worked out this morning and then watched the store while my dad ate lunch. WillowDog dicided to bark at everyone that came in today. That's really unusual most of the time she greets everyone with kisses and a wagging tail. I feeling very good now all limber and not at all sore so I must resist the urge to over do.
The day is very pretty even if a little chilly the sun is shining so I may decide to make a cup of tea and sit on porch and read. Walking Willow today was so nice just to see the sun.
