For Valentine's Day I used muscles I forgot I had. [ Get you mind out of the gutter unless you want to write me fic! ] After three days and nights of misery that even going to pool for PT didn't help I change my stretches around. Broke out the stretch deck and did some I haven't for years. Hip flection, lower back and trunk And switched some of my leg ones around too. I could just barely get into some of the positions That's how I know it was the right thing to do. I'm a tiny bit sore now but some of the pain I had been dealing with has gone.
