The ship had our Halloween party tonight my costume was a red shirt black jeans and a nametag that said "Vampire". Cheesy I know but I just didn't want to bother when I had to run the meeting. JMinion wore a similar tag stating Minion I wasn't the only one. Someone asked where my fangs were and I said that I didn't go around showing my lumpies to just anybody. They just looked at me real strange but I was expecting that I need more Buffy friends in real life.
Here's something else that went over like a lead balloon. Guy was talking to in fake British accent telling a joke I said " don't do that I'll get all hot and bothered on you and your M will be mad." just because they know about my Spike thing. The Guy wanted to know why an accent would make me angry {he wasn't joking} and the M said something like why would your mood swings don't effect my attitude? I don't get it I think my universal translator is broke. The only thing I can think of is that because I've had to insist that some people either do there jobs or step down and get somebody else to do them so now I'm a moody bitch or something.
One bright spot I was waiting in the Food Lion parking lot on the way to the party and saw a very season 2 Spike-ish guy with his Girl Friend. I was with my 17 yr. old niece and her friend. She caught me checking the guy out. {rude but I just couldn't help it} My niece's friend proceeded to define punk and Goth for me and explain why a strait guy would wear eyeliner! ROFLMAF I'm just glad she couldn't tell I wasn't looking at his eyes.
