My PT canceled today because two of them were out sick. As much as I hate PT I really need it because it does ease some of the spasms so yuck.
In an effort to stop complaining about my legs I'm going to complain about T.V.
I caught an ep of Nanny 911 the other night. I can't see how this person can make such snap judgements about a family based on a week. What I saw on the tape seemed to differ from what the nanny saw in any case. This woman had three sets of twins 7, 4, 2 I think. Anyway I saw an overwhelmed mom with six kids that were stuck in a house together in the winter. Thus whinny and fighty, my Rx would have been to bundle the kids up and play with them outside. Give them something to do besides whine and hit each other. Everyone in the family looked like they had cabin fever even the dad didn't go out to work. I know the older kids went to school but that's only going from one box to another.They needed to get out go for a walk throw snow run around and yell without being yelled and the parents needed to play too.
Nanny Deb seemed to think they need to "learn to use their words". These people already knew how to talk IMHO But a break though with a teary eyed adopted child looked better on T.V. Like I said though it's impossible to really say...
